Megaman X Kotobukiya 1/12 Blade Armor Model Kit

 
 I have been overlooking Megaman X series for a long time since I am more of MMBN fanboy myself. However Kotobukiya have been one of the most consistent contributor for Megaman X merchandise even if the series fell into relative obscurity these days. To make amend for once beloved series by Millenials, I will cover some products featured by Kotobukiya for Megaman X starting with Blade Armor from Megaman X6. Released back in April 2023, Megaman X Blade Armor was sold for 8000 Yen.

I featured Blade Armor in my first coverage for Kotobukiya's Megaman Lineup because it is my prime candidate if I should pick a Megaman X Model Kit along with Falcon Armor. In Megaman X6, Blade Armor is one of the obtainable armor upgrades for X once the set are completed apart from Shadow Armor. I quite like Blade Armor because it is X's Armor upgrade that offer balance in both ranged and close combat where X unleash Sword Wave as his finisher in this armor. Nowhere compared to Ultimate Armor in terms of firepower but Blade Armor still commands respect as middle performance Armor for X.

Given I have missed the opportunity to preorder this one, I will just have to wait for Kotobukiya to open rerun again. I will also will look forward when Shadow Armor to make it along with other Megaman X Model kits that are yet to be released.
