Just as Gundam Gqux finished its airing not too long ago, the merchandise started to pour in slow but constant rate. The main characters of Gqux got their relative generous amount of merchandise with SHF and Prize Figure being made since the series aired. But Bandai decided that they might as well add super deformed products for Machu and Nyan set as part of the new Linked Travelers lineup. Sold as P-Bandai, Linked Travelers Machu and Nyan will be sold for 8800 Yen Price tag with December 2025 release schedule.
Linked Travelers is Bandai's recent candy toys lineup which featured futuristic themed Super Deformed action figure which can trace its influence back to Aqua Shooters. Machu and Nyan ended up as beneficiary of Linked Travelers lineup which began in late 2024 likely due to its ties with Gundam series which kinda fits with the series portfolio even if a bit forced. As P-Bandai item, Linked Travelers Nyan and Machu comes with relatively generous amount of accessories. But value-wise it is on the expensive end considering Linked Travelers quality doesn't really surpass Desktop Army. For the price of Linked travelers Machu and Nyan, you can get 3-5 Desktop Army units which tend to come with decent mount of accessories. Given the popularity of Gqux, this linked travelers product will be likely one time thing, as Bandai will consider Gundam Gqux merchandise shelf life will last for a year at most.
