Mechatalk Final Gear: Rin Kamiuezono - Fallen God

26th Final Gear Mechatalk is here!  This series will still going strong as long as Final Gear Global does not close its server. This time we will have another Oriental Beauty apart whom along with Aya Kujou hailed into Final Gear in its early days, Rin Kamiuezono! Final Gear had some good Japanese themed mecha and both Rin and Aya had shown a glimpse what Japanese themed Mechas that Final Gear would have should they decide to pursue into this direction.

Hailing from the prominent Kamiuezono clan of Thousand Islands, Rin is the heir of the Kamiuezono Dual-Sword fencing style. Just like Aya Kujou, Rin was sent to Kegha Imperial Academy during her youth to continue her education but in the the end chose different path with Aya. During the Imperial War, Rin decides to participate the war as mercenary gaining countless combat experience and after the war she decided to settle down in Arita region, working as a famed bounty hunter and cut ties with her clan completely. At some point Rin and Aya met again and proceed to have a duel which Rin came out as the victor. However both are looking for another moment in the future to cross blades once again.

In Final Gear, Rin is an SSR Light Striker pilot who piloted a mech called Fallen God which is designed to cater with Kamiuezono Fencing style. Equipped with 6 Arms that wield energy Blades, the Fallen God excel at surprise attacks in a stance that conceal the direction of the sword strikes.

Considering her overall design quality, Rin was fated for something great for Final Gear even though not as great as Rin's. As a bounty hunter, Rin is bound to have a close knit group of her own considering her renown which could have been explored further if not for Final Gear's failure. But most likely Rin will have made acquaintances with other famed fellow bounty hunters.

In Final Gear, Rin is Light Striker pilot who excelled at one on one fights specializing in finding a gap to damage enemy Glass Cannons with her High Gear. Rin had some self survival skill to stick around in close combat even longer but she really needs to be upgraded to pull her weights around as her basic DPS output is rather low for a Striker DPS. Pound by Pound, Aya Kujou will probably came out on top in one on one duel despite Rin had defeated Aya once in the storyline.

Being planned for Final Gear's Top Card waifu, Rin obviously got some really cool UR Skin and her UR Skill allows to shred the opponent that she locked into duel with additional DPS, Evasion and Defense Ignore while waiting for her High Gear to decimate the enemy team's glass cannon. However due to her old stats multiplier, Rin probably will only hit 30 Million DPS mark at most since her Skillset does not focus DPS as much as Aya. But if you are a fan of Nana Mizuki, it doesn't matter because Rin Kamiuezono UR Design is one of the better looking out there.

With her preferential status, Rin obviously have her own Oath skin which evoke even more traditional Japanese vibe even more than Aya. Her Oath Skin is gorgeous but as always, her Oath lines are just terrible like most oath Skins. Final Gear definitely need to fix this part and making the attempt to oath one of the waifus even harder won't be an issue as long as the fundamental issue is fixed.

I only get to complete Rin's Unit around 6 months ago when Final Gear is one patch before and thus I have limited attachment with her. If I could have raised her to UR, I might have prepared even better article for her but that's just how things turn out. Perhaps before Final Gear closed down, I might be able to make Taysia article as my last one preferrably with her UR Upgrade which the gold currency present to be the main problem. In any case the next Final Gear Mechatalk article will have someone special once again!
