Winter Wonderfest 2019 Fate/Grand Order Highlights
Since it was part of my assignment for my company to make a coverage for FGO series, i might as well make a separate post for it. I find this task to be worthwhile even if it is fool's errand. I am glad that a big series like Fate got the treatment it deserved from Toy Manufacturers. Most of the exhibition pieces are PVC Figures from wide range of characters but still mainly Waifus though my objects of attentions are mainly Price Figures and Action Figures. It is expected but i guess the Manufacturers doesn't have enough time to prepare something for 15th anniversary celebration for Fate Series.

Stronger
In PVC Section Alters always reign the top as usual with their Quality figure sculpt, The Merlin figure will definitely be sold well though Maid Alter and Scathach Bunny looks really nice. QuesQ took the second winning spot for me since their Scathach Formal Dress is quite promising and i think they are one of the few company that can afford to chug out many FGO Figures other than Alter and GSC. Sega also pull out some solid variants for their FGO Prize Figure especially that Saber with Apron from Emiya no Gohan which will sells really well over here.
Nendoroid
As for Nendoroid, the new Roster is not quite something that i expected since i thought GSC would release the Servants featured in the First Arc Seven Singularity first but probably we will likely see them by the time of Summer Wonderfest
Figma
For the Figma section we are mostly seeing the continuation of the previous announcement of the lineup with Matou Siblings and Merlin being the new addition. Out of this list i will be getting 3 out of 7 Figmas which will likely bust my wallet but my FGO Figma lineup worth will increase significantly. So this year we will be seeing around 10 Figmas related to FGO at least which is a slight increase from last year.
ETC
The mini sized figure for FGO this time is very solid with Furyu and Banpresto releasing their own version of petit figures. Kotobukiya also getting serious with their CuPoche Jeanne and Jalter which should capitalize the moment if GSC are not doing any rerun for Nendoroid of the Respective character. While the 2nd FGO Desktop Army is quite solid already, Megahouse really raised the ante on the upcoming 3rd edition featuring Musashi, Tamamo and Okita which are all Top Tier waifus in the series and for the first time i might get one.
Some of the items featured in the event are open for preorder already and it is quite easy to expect that the Summer Wonderfest will be swarmed by FGO merchandise again.
