I think it is almost a year since Bandai released any Yuusha related merchandise as the Minipla lineups are mostly occupied by Super Sentai series in the recent releases. But i guess after seeing Kotobukiya starting to pick up the pace for Yuusha Model Kit, Bandai decided to release a new minipla for Yuusha series other than Gaogaigar for a change. The choice for the second Yuusha series entry falls to the 7th Yuusha Series, Dagwon with the Posterboy Fire Dagwon become the obvious choice. Minipla Dagwon will be sold for 5400 Yen with November 2020 release schedule.
For the Price tag slightly over 5000 Yen, Bandai seems going to be able to accomplish many things with Minipla Fire Dagwon. Fire Dagwon design is quite memorable because the Yuusha Mecha Designer still able to make something cool out of Jumbo Jet combined with Fire Truck and Ambulance. With comparable price with DX version released 20 years ago, Bandai's engineering nailed the proportion of the mecha design faithfully to make up its smaller size. Dag Fire, which is the transformable police car of the series seems going to have decent articulation which is rather something for its Size. Apparently Minipla Fire Dagwon doesn't include Raian and Gunkid which are part of Fire Dagwon more powerful arsenal but will probably show up later in the next Dagwon Minipla which is likely going to be P-Bandai.
If Fire Dagwon Minipla is considered to be selling good enough for Bandai, Fire Dagwon's teammates such as Liner Dagwon, Shadow Dagwon or even Thunder Dagwon will obviously going to follow suit even if most of them end up to be P-Bandai. Out of Yuusha series, Dagwon is one of the less popular of its brethren as the concept that the series tried to sell has poor execution. Neverthless Dagwon is still my personal favorite Yuusha series since the friendship and camaraderie is very strong in this one. If Bandai going in reverse order for releasing Yuusha Minipla, Perhaps Bandai will make Goldran next after they finish with Dagwon
