Here comes the Eternal Heroine!
With Figma Saber 2.0 seeing Re-release, it is appropriate timing for me to give a review for the King of Knight. Surprisingly being the flagship character of the series, i got her rather late since i was not really serious collecting the Series merchandise until i got into FGO. If you are Fate Series fanboy, at very least you should have this figma in your possession especially if you are collecting Action Figures.
In F/SN Saber serves as Shirou's servant in Fuyuki 5th Holy Grail War and depending on which route, She ends up as Shirou's lover. In Nasuverse, Saber's true identity is no other than the fabled King Arthur of the Round Knight Table, who participated HGW to accomplish something that she unable to do in her life. Being the most popular main Heroine of Fate series, there is a certainly a charm around Saber that allow her to stay relevant for more than a decade.
As for Fate/Grand Order, Saber is one of the SSR Rank servant out there that was available from the launch but for now, she haven't played any significant role in the game as the Devs tried to promote the new main heroines. In this game unfortunately, Artoria is one of the weaker SSR out there due to her lackluster kit but she can be overpowered if Delightworks allow her to be. I got Saber Artoria for a single ticket and that reason is good enough for me to get her Figma because that's the very least i can do.
While Saber is not my favorite Heroine in Fate series, her romance with Shirou is a top tier one just because it is one of the purest love out there.
Saber 2.0 Figma is supposed to be a major improvement from the previous edition which was one of the earliest entry in Figma lineup. Saber 2.0 comes with Caliburn and Excalibur as her accessories complete with Scabbard which is more than enough. The 2.0 supposed to have improved articulation from the first version but i would say it is very good already with her bulk.

With Saber alone, i don't really have much idea for her pose since she needs some effect parts to make her really shine especially wind and light effect for her Excalibur. While being a short 1/12 action figure, you can feel the overall robustness of the figma. My favorite part of this figma is definitely Excalibur which had many crossover potential.
Saber 2.0 is definitely a must have if you collect Fate series figma as she is the integral core of the series thus have many possible compatibilty with the other Fate Figmas. In the next Figma review you will be expecting Emiya and Cu Chulainn will follow after as the part of the original Trio Knight servants. As of now, i am still looking for Casual outfit version of Saber figure to add into my collection which is kinda rare nowadays as Saber tend to get her battle version to be made into figure despite being the most represented character in the series. Considering Saber Alter also getting 2.0 makeover i also got myself Saber Lily to complete the Saber set
