Switch Konosuba 2nd VN: Chris Ending

 After a week of playing Konosuba: Love for these Clothes of Desire, finally I am ready to start writing the Heroine routes story for this VN starting with Chris as the first one! Chris is actually one of my favorite heroine in Konosuba after Aqua and I do kinda feel not writing her route from the first VN. Therefore to amend things up, the first Konosuba VN2 route article goes to Chris!

 In Konosuba Chris is a Thief adventurer who is a close friend of Darkness and helped Kazuma to learn some thieves skills early in the series, which is probably much to her regret as she somehow often end up get her panty stolen or harrased in other way by Kazuma whether intentional or not. In Konosuba second VN, Chris didn't have particularly much screentime mostly playing support role, as the Kazuma's party are the ones who mostly take the active role in this one. But in one of her story during the main quest, Chris drags Kazuma for adventure to make up for his sexual harassments on her spending the whole day together to search for Treasure which end up fruitless but it just shows that Chris is quite fond of Kazuma despite keep having accidents that makes her lose dignity.

 In this Dress-up Darling Konosuba game, Kazuma often makes Chris wear girlish clothes which suits her quite well despite her tomboyish personality despite Chris often find herself embarassed wearing them and had to act more girlish. Nevertheless Chris roleplay as sulking little sister or lovestruck highschool girl is quite an entertaining spectacle indeed.

Considering the game allows no CG taken for the route ending, the structure of this Konosuba 2 VN Heroine routes articles will be different and simplified compared to the previous PSVita articles. To put it simply by the end of the main story, Kazuma had 1 more chance to create magical clothes from the Black Stone Tablet artifact and it will be used on the Heroine that Kazuma managed to collect the affection point the most. Unlike the first Konosuba VN, only the Kazuma Party Heroines who still got Normal/Good Endings for their routes while the 4 supporting heroines stick with 1 Ending only,

 In Chris route, after the main storyline Chris asked Kazuma for help to investigate recent cases of Underwear thief in which one of Kazuma's buddy adventurer end up one of the suspect. Throughout the investigation process, Chris behave more intimate toward Kazuma that he mistook Chris making a move toward him. And now Kazuma being Hikineet whose worse side got the better of him, requested some crazy whims treating Chris as her girlfriend already and even ask Chris to sleep on the same room with him which surprisingly Chris complied with.

 However few days later Kazuma found out the bitter truth that the reason behind Chris recent gentle behavior toward him is because Kazuma also happened to be one of the prime suspect for Underwear Thief and Chris went to such intimate extent just to check if Kazuma is really the suspect. Heartbroken, Kazuma in despair cast Steal spell on Chris making her crying out as her Underwear stolen yet again concluding the story of Chris route in Konosuba 2nd VN.

 In Chris Route ending, as a way to make up for deceiving Kazuma for the Underwear Thief case, Chris allowed Kazuma to get one wish from her to be granted in which Kazuma make Chris go on a date with her with the cloth that he will decide. On the day of the date, the cloth that Kazuma requested turns out to be a short tunic dress which Chris got flustered wearing it commenting that Kazuma make her wearing this dress just to get her embarassed. However Kazuma honestly replied that the dress truly looks good on Chris and it is actually made from the last power of the Stone tablet artifact, which could have been used to make beautiful dress that can fetch for high amount of Eris. This interaction would actually have increased Chris affection drastically if only Kazuma didn't end his comment mentioning her Underwear color. 

 Personally I am happy that Chris is the first Heroine that I finished her ending in Konosuba 2nd VN because her route turns out quite special actually. This is because Chris is the only Heroine in this VN who wear the special outfit in the Ending which do left a unique impression for the character. Among the supporting Heroines cast in Konosuba, Chris is probably the one that had the best main heroine quality making her the perfect secret main heroine. Considering Chris is actually Goddess Eris in disguise, the simple tunic dress is actually a fitting choice for her as it displays her pure maiden quality portraying beauty that still exude even in simplicity, a perfect depiction of Divine Beauty.

 To be honest if Kazuma didn't sexually harass Chris by stealing her underwear and many other crazy antics. Kazuma and Chris would have make a very good couple considering they really work well together in adventuring and Kazuma really admire Eris for her kindness. For the next Konosuba 2nd VN Route article, it will be Aqua since the useless goddess is still my favorite among the main heroine after all. In the future I will find out if the Dungeon Crawling Konosuba Game had better fanservice for Chris or not.
