1/100 Shiranui UN Version

Finally one of my most anticipated kit from Muvluv had a preview. This color scheme of Shiranui are used by Isumi Valkyries; a special task force of Alternative 4 in Muvluv Alternative and one of them is piloted by the Main Protagonist . The particular reason why this version of Shiranui is so special is that the main protagonist really kick ass in this TSF(i bet he can do even better in Takemikazuchi) despite it is only a mass produced 3rd gen TSF where he managed to kill over 20 Fort Class BETA by himself in matter of minutes. From what i see the kit is improvised version of Shiranui the 2nd and the kit got additional gimmick on the hip armor to reveal ammo cartridge. There are also some holes made on the shoulder armor plausibly hinting that there will be Blast Guard equipment coming in the future. So far there is no release date but we could see the kit to be released early next year.

The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks

If you have read Zombie Survival Guide or World War Z  by Max Brooks, you might be interested with this book. Recorded Attacks are graphic novel which contain short stories of the Zombie outbreaks based on the Zombie Survival Guide stories which cover the fictional recorded attacks from Stone Age until the present time. This book served as a supplemental material for the Zombie Survival Guide since it doesn't cover all of the recorded attacks in original novel. The Graphic Novel adapt the story from the Survival Guide faithfully and each stories are around 10 pages. Probably the Roman Legion chapter is my personal favorite though i wish the recorded attack of the Gangwars or the Zombie Hunter was covered in this book.

Fusion Works Gundam Converge

This is one of the Gundam Gashapon lineup that i have been observing for a while. The gundam in this lineup seems pretty interesting since it is not fully super deformed like other SD lineups such as BB Senshi. What makes me really interested with this Gundam Converge lineup is that they reminds me of the MS Saga game or Gundam Odyssey in japanese where the MS are depicted in this scale. I might observe stuff for a while since i might consider to get some of them.

1/144 Engage SR-3

The most recent Five Star Stories that Wave released and back then i was planning to get it as well. However i cam to realize that i won't be able to do a proper job of this kit if i don't have any Airbrush and thus decided not to get the kit afterall. Engage SR-3 is one of the Mortar Headd used by the infamous Trio Tempest who are 3 renowned female Headdliners who are/were affiliated with Trio de Colus and Engage SR-3 itself is the latest model which was built by Diamond Neutral. The kit had limited version release which i recalled that included extra speid. If Wave released Engage SR-2 in the future, then the Trio Tempest would be completed Probably i will do a mechatalk as well regarding the Trio tempest.

Yokoyama Mitsuteru's Sangokushi

Out of several Romance of Three Kingdom manga adaptation, i find that Yokoyama Mitsuteru's is probably the most faithful one with the original novel. Despite the series started in early 70s i would say it is still pretty enjoyable to read. Just like original novel the manga depicts Liu Bei as the good guy and Cao Cao as big bad villain. But what makes the manga really great  is that it tries to flesh out some major characters motives which provide some plausible explanation of their character depiction in the novel. Long story short if you want to read most faithful manga of RoTK i would recommend this one. As of now the manga translation is still ongoing  in the middle of battle of Red Cliff which is probably still halfway of the whole series.
