Until recently there is this Chinese manufacturers called Bigfirebird that I overlooked until now. It was not unit I got into the Transformers rabbit hole that I decided to revisit their products. About 2 years ago Bigfirebird made a Mecha Toy product that resembled a Hybrid of Armored Core and Transformers which started with a Jet fighter mecha called Kalavinka. I wasn't able to spare any attention for their product until recently which their particular Tank mecha called Red Jackal caught my attention the most. While that particular product was sold out for quite some time already, Bigfirebird do rerelease this Tank Mecha with a Desert Camo pattern dubbed Sandroar. Scheduled for end Q4 release, Bigfirebird Sandroar will be sold for 380 RMB.
Upon closer inspection, Bigfirebird Sandroar do come with the similar armaments that Red Jackal had. Though the default setup for the Desert tank apparently look more lightly armed for close quarter combat instead of the Heavy ranged bombardment setup that Red Jackal had.While Sandroar mostly have ranged armaments as its main arsenals, It does have some combat knives and a Battle axe which is likely amalgamation of several weapon parts as its Melee weapon. Given my current lack of experience with Bigfirebird products, I will probably spend some time in near future to give their past lineups a good look. In any case Bigfirebird release for Sandroar is a good opportunity for new collectors who miss out the Red Jackal previously. Quite sure Bigfirebird can add Jungle or Urban camo variants should they be interested enough.
