Fate/Grand Order Aniplex 1/7 Morgan Lady of Water

 
With how horrible my FGO 8th year ended up, I was highly considering to ragequit this sorry excuse of Gacha Game, if it is not for Morgan. Since her inception in FGO's 6th year, Morgan remain's one of the best waifu from FGO. Fast forward 4 years after her debut, Morgan's Caster 3rd Ascension makes it as the 1/7 Scale figure by Aniplex! Scheduled for August 2026 release, 1/7 Morgan Lady of the Water will be sold for 36000 Yen price tag.

Morgan Lady of Water is the final ascension 8th anniv banner servant, Tonelico who is her Caster class counterpart. She is essentially the summer servant waifu who is shoved into anniv banner which will be the same thing that happened to Summer Ereshkigal. Lady of Water basically serves as the closure version of Morgan's character after the sort of tragedies that befell on her role in Lostbelt 6, bearing slightly more peaceful and cheerful expression of the much beloved FGO waifu. 

The Aniplex version of the Scale Figure is pretty much the 1:1 rendition of Caster Morgan 3rd Ascension illustration. Given the elaborate amount of the prop that this figure had, naturally the price got to be expensive. Considering my current economic circumstances, I will be unlikely able to obtain this Scale figure but I will look forward to Caster Morgan Nendoroid rendition which is highly likely and wouldn't even mind to double dip for her Tonelico version. Interestingly Aniplex reserved an extra faceplate for their website preorder bonus, the longing face expression certainly amplify the wife factor of this Caster Morgan manyfold which you can see below.

Cyberpunk Edgerunners Buzzmod 1/12 Lucy

 
 Sometime before Cyberpunk Edgerunner sequel was announced recently, the main heroine of the first season, Lucy got an action figure by Aniplex through Buzzmod Lineup! Whether it is a coincidence or not, this one certainly a good news for Cyberpunks fans. Scheduled for April 2026 release, Buzzmod Lucy will be sold for 12000 Yen SRP.

Being a popular character from recent series, Lucy got many merchandise treatment including 1/12 scale action figure. But of the recent Buzzmod rendition is certainly the best one for Lucy. While Buzzmod are not as prevalent compared to Figma, the lineup is decent enough as the Kimetsu no Yaiba products under this lineup are quite decent. Not sure if David Martinez is folllowing up but Lucy will still make a good pair with V from Cyberpunk 2077 released several years ago.

In Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Lucy is a skilled Netrunner whom the protagonist David Martinez had a fateful encounter in Night City which led him a slippery slope journey to become the Legend Edgerunners. While Lucy talent lies in her hacking capability, she is still skilled enough to defend herself with Monowire for element of Surprise. Given how her story end up in the first season, Lucy might have a good shot at making reappearance in Edgerunners sequel likely as supporting character but lets look forward to the earliest trailer of this sequel in near future.

Aniplex Berserker Morgan 1st Ascension

 Of all Japanese hobby manufacturers, Aniplex gotta be the one with highest PVC Figure count for FGO series so far given it is Sony's subdivision in charge of Anime related products and close proximity with FGO Franchise. While FGO is already in its slow burn phase, soon enough Aniplex released yet another PVC Figure for Berserker Morgan in her 1st Ascension with the pose of sitting on her throne. Scheduled for February 2026, Aniplex PVC Figure for Morgan Berserker will be sold for 18700 Yen.

While this product is not particularly expensive for today's PVC Figure standard, Aniplex is putting rather lazy treatment for one of the most popular Servant in FGO. Arguably the highest selling point for this product got to be Morgan's throne. Morgan's throne might serve as good prop if you have sizable FGO collection, as it plays crucial role in Avalon Le Fae and always seen in Morgan's Noble Phantasm, Roadless Camelot where Morgan used it to control the Rhongomyniad in her possessions. As much as I am interested with Morgan's throne, I don't think I am too eager to get this one since I am still waiting other manufacturer's take on Morgan like Alter since I am quite confident Summer Morgan will get a good PVC Figure in near future,

Fate/Grand Order Aniplex 1/7 Berserker Artoria Caster 2nd Ascension

 FGO 7th Summer event is almost coming to an end and Aniplex is teasing the FGO fans with Summer 8 SSR Servant premium PVC Figure. Between the choice of Summer Morgan, Melusine and Artoria Caster, Artoria Caster is the one getting the first pick coming in her 2nd Asc costume of Bunny maid! Scheduled for August 2025, Aniplex 1/7 Artoria Caster will be sold for 35000 Yen.

A rather expensive Premium figure for FGO, but this sort of price is not really a thing for Dedicated FGO Fans. Artoria Caster's pure maiden quality is shown perfectly with this PVC Figure with her blushing in maid costume. Being the main star of Lostbelt 6, Summer Castoria Alter is a berserker class whose Noble phantasm will give Gilgamesh Gate of Babylon a run of their money. Overall her 2nd ascension is the best looking one without going for overkill like the 1st and 3rd ascension. Summer 8 definitely will be another tough waifu Gauntlet banners as 3 Top tier waifu banners are running back to back. I have survived 7th Banner gauntlets relatively unscathed and hoping to do well for this one as well.

Fate/Grand Order Aniplex 1/7 Proto Merlin Lady Avalon

 In the anticipation of 7th Summer event for FGO, Aniplex has something in store for Proto Merlin who called herself Lady Avalon which won't fool anybody. Out of the 3 FGO 7th SSR Summer servants, Proto Merlin is the one chosen by Aniplex to be given 1/7 Scale Premium figure treatment. Sculpted in her 2nd Ascension, 1/7 Aniplex Proto Merlin is scheduled for July 2025 release with 28500 Yen Price tag.

 Certainly a very expensive  PVC figure but it is still nothing much for the devoted FGO fans. Considering veteran seiyuu Ayako Kawasumi do play quite a good role as Onee-san Archetype like Proto Merlin who is just as mischiveous as her male counterpart. Personally I am quite interested to get a collectible for Proto Merlin myself  but will rather wait for her Figma due to her waifu level priority in my personal list. Proto Merlin is one of my Summer 7 SSR target along with Summer Skadi which I hopefully will get both of them and I am planning to allocate some war fund to make this objective achieved.

Tsukihime Aniplex 1/7 Arcueid Brunestud - Archetype Earth

 With Tsukihime Remake released couple years ago, I would have expected this legendary Nasuverse series will reach this milestone at some point. As much as I hate FGO end up as stagnant product due to machinations of greedy Boomer execs, seeing Arcueid in her Moon Princess Dress getup getting her drop-dead gorgeous physical manifestation is certainly a moment to behold! Released by Aniplex, this 1/7 Version of Arcueid will be scheduled for June 2025 release for 37000 Yen Price Tag.

 This particular version of the True Ancestor Princess PVC Figure is easily one of the more expensive 1/7 Scale Figure product ever released for Type Moon series! While there were premium PVC figures made for Arcueid before, this is easily the definitive one! Given the devotion of Type Moon Tsukihime Fans who are mostly semi-boomers at this point who likely have disposable Income, I would say this figure will selling like a hot cake as long as the end products are made properly. 

 Given my experience with Jalter Dress Figure, I would expect Arcueid's Hair parts will be rather heavy and slightly tricky to handle. However It will be still a super end products if this PVC figure able to stand like the sample depicted. Personally I am looking forward to the English version for the Tsukihime Switch port which is scheduled for Mid 2024 release which I will try my best trying to find affordable limited version. Lastly I am quite sure this won't be the end of Arcueid's Merchandise in her Moon Princess getup

Fate/Grand Order Conofig Saber Artoria Pendragon

 It appears that Aniplex tried to make something similar to GSC Pop Up Parade with their new Semi-Premium figure lineup, Conofig! Sold for 5000 Yen Price tag, Aniplex is opening their Conofig lineup with figures for 3 Servants; Mash, Artoria and Merlin with July 2021 release schedule. In terms of sizing, the Conofig figure is designed as non scale by Aniplex but the scaling will be roughly around the same with Max Factory Figma.

 Up until now Aniplex only release premium sized 1/7 Figure for FGO series but i think they are seriously try to step up their game with Conofig series. While the Conofig figure series is even smaller than Pop Up Parade, the lineup still has great potential if handled well by Aniplex. 

 With their firm grip of Fate Grand Order brand, Aniplex could use this lineup to release Figures for Servants which are not popular enough to warrant Premium PVC treatment.As long as Aniplex paid extra attention with the Packaging and Presentation, Conofig should have plenty opportunities to flourish. Because devoted FGO Fans are willing to invest on the lineup as long as the sculpt quality does not differ much with Pop Up Parade

I am looking forward to the second batch of the Conofig series which got Jalter in her 3rd Ascension!
