Danball Senki Hyper Function Odin
It has been ages since i posted anything related to Danball Senki but the recent product revivals by Bandai do piqued my interest to the series again. While Bandai mostly re-release the previous Model Kit they do make some new products out of Danball Senki. The recent one is the transformable LBX Odin and it made it into the deluxe LBX Model Kit, Hyper Function. The Model kit will scheduled for January 2020 release with 3500 Yen Price tag. With the price that easily triples an average LBX Model Kit, Hyper Function Odin offer a solid inner frame which should make the model kit more robust and provide better articulation at the same time. Unfortunately for a pricetag that closes to a Master Grade, Hyper Function Odin doesn't appear to come with a lot of accessory since it is only equipped with Retaliator Lance as its armament and doesn't come with a Shield. I had the regular Odin Model Kit back then which unfortunately the review didn't come through and its articulation and transformation wasn't really good. I think the Hyper Function will definitely address the issue that the previous model kit had which makes me considering to get this kit. At very least i will try revisit Danball Senki W again

Danball Senki Z Mode Sigma Orbis
While i am playing Danball Senki W there are couple of new LBXs but one that catches my eyes the most is Sigma Orbis. Technically Sigma Orbis is not an LBX as it is formed by combination of Minerva, Elysion and Perseus making the 2nd of its kind after Perfect ZX3. Out of 2 Figure Renditions out there i find the Z Mode version is the best one since this version comes with the Gattai gimmick which the plamo didn't come with. The Sigma Orbis first debuted in the game during the fight of the first Killer Droids entering the game with Gundam SEED pose though afterward this guy is quickly forgotten. The Z Mode comes with the special effect for Sigma Orbis but not the 3 LBXs but hopefully the ones for the plamo fits for it. The toy set cost about 9000 yen though i think you can find this guy around 6000 Yen or lower on some places.

Some loots i got this month
I don't buy much stuffs nowadays as my backlog still keep growing, though i got my Limited Version of Gunhound EX and Vita version of Danball Senki W. I have been anticipating the Gunhound being one of the few games that have similar gameplay to Assault Suit Valken which is quite rare for mecha game. The limited edition is not that special though the packaging is quite nice. I had my Gunhound UMD processed in UMD Password which made the game available on my vita for download for 800 yen instead of 2500 yen which is not that bad. I will be writing the review of the game soon as i managed to clear the game recently as well. As for Danball Senki W i had promised myself not to play the game until i wrote the article of Danball Senki Boost which i already did and currently i am halfway through the game. Recently i also got 1/48 Layzner from Hobbyco for $36 which is quite good bargain but again i won't build this kit until i watched the anime.

Some stuffs arrived for July
Hmm in this month i think i managed to hoard pretty rare stuff compared to my past loots. I managed to get Vardant Toy by Megahouse and Armor Plus Tekkaman Rapier from Mandarake relatively cheap. Last time i also saw another spare Vardant and Brave Gohkin Linebarrel which is only 3500 yen though probably they are gone already. I also got Gespenst Mk-II and LBX Odin from Amiami which makes my backlog doesn't get any better though i will probably able to build the LBX relatively fast. If you are looking for Japanese hobby rare stuff, check Mandarake first before deciding to find it elsewhere

Danball Senki LBX 014 Lucifer
Another LBX kit that i got my eye into which would be in my future buy-list. As the name implies, Lucifer is really imposing LBX used by one of main antagonist, Yagami Kousuke a Genius LBX battler who serve as one of the last boss in Danball Senki Game. Lucifer is also one of those special LBX like the one that Ban and Jin have as it can trigger powerful special mode as well. In the game Lucifer is no pushover opponent and you will probably have hard time fighting close combat with it especially with its 2 special Hissatsu function that are really powerful and exclusive to Lucifer. I would like to see Epsilon getting a kit by Bandai in the future and i will be putting up the game's review somewhere around next week.

Danball Senki LBX 010 Odin
In last few weeks i have been playing Danball Senki after taking a break from Saisei-Hen. I find the gameplay of this series is really fun in particular the customization level despite the story is rather bad(since the series are meant for kids). This series is quite similar Medabots except it is smaller and probably you will like Danball Senki if you were the fan of Medabots. The mecha toys in Danball Senki are called LBX and After i played the game i got myself interested to get one of the kits that Bandai released. The first kit that i plan to get is the Odin which is the LBX used by the main protagonist. Odin is the replacement LBX that Yamano Ban gets after his Achilles got wrecked in Artemis tournament and just like Achilles, Odin still use lance as its primary weapon. So far the Odin is the only LBX that are capable to transform (barring ZX3 which can combine together) and even got special finisher in its transform mode. I would recommend to play the game which is one of the better mecha games that PSP got or you can try to watch the anime series because Level-5 make this series have really good production value.
