It took more than a decade, but things have come to a full circle for Rozen Maiden in order to get into the rightfully deserved medium format! Ever since the inception of Nendoroid Doll, I already felt that this medium would be the best for Rozen Maiden medium and deep down It is probably the reason I decided to buy Rozen Maiden Pop Up Parade to give the signal that there are still demand for the series merchandise no matter how insignificant. Just like other GSC format, Shinku will be the first of Rozen Maidens to enter the Nendoroid Doll forefront scheduled for December 2024 release with 11000 Yen Price tag.
Considering the price tag of this version of Shinku is roughly almost triple the price of the Original Nendoroid version, Nendoroid Doll Shinku accessories do look barebone. However Shinku's Nendoroid Doll Dress looks very intricate enough to justify the price tag. For some reason, Shinku's Bonnet headwear is still made from ABS PVC which is probably design consideration but hopefully Suigintou and Suiseiseki could have their headwear made from Fabric too.
