Action Toys Mini Action Figure Nagahama Trilogy

 It feels out of the blue but Nagahama Trilogy series are getting some more love this year! This is quite rare occasion to see Combattler, Voltes and Daimos getting some Toys with reasonable price and promising gimmicks. Action Toys, a HK based Toy manufacturer are releasing Action figure for these three Super Robots for 3780 Yen with August 2019 release schedule. For such price tag the Toy will come with decent articulation and complete transformation gimmick. I would expect the quality would be on par with Bandai's Minipla series and it will be successful if the Manufacturer doesn't over promise considering the schedule is rather tight to deliver a toy of this caliber. I will be skipping this one since i am looking for something similar to Bandai's SRC lineup for these three Super Robots since my attachment toward them are not high enough to warrant me getting a SOC.

 Hopefully the release of these three toys would trigger Bandai to make something again for Combattler, Voltes and Daimos which is likely Minipla though i hope for SRC revival again.

Pokemon Coonuts Vol 1 Red Version Review

 Last year when Bandai released this particular new lineup for Pokemon series called Coonuts, it instantly reminded me of Mighty Beans toys which were around when i was a kid. While i am semi retired from Pokemon, the Coonut lineup provided an opportunity for me to start collecting something from Pokemon series again. Coonuts bring a great value for money for 200 Yen candy toys and certainly this lineup has a great potential to serve as the vessel for Pokemon series. In any case the format for this review is similar to Gundam Converge series that i have covered some before.

Unholy Heights

 One of the games that i cleared on my Switch recently which has quite interesting gameplay mechanics. Unholy Heights is a combination of Tower Defense and Apartment Simulation where you play as Middle Aged Demon lord recruiting demons into your Apartment as tenants to fight heroes. There are several types of Demon Races available to be recruited which had their respective preference, their own job and sometimes conflicting relationship with other Demon Race. Unholy Heights remind me of the Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman series from PSP series though the former can be considered a simpler version. Personally this is one of the game that i find potential for sequel as the Demon Races and the Heroes can be expanded further upon. In my first playthrough i mainly rely upon the Vampires which are the top tier units from the devil race though for my next playthrough i am attempting for the Demihuman branch which were unobtainable during my first run due to antagonistic relation with the Devils.

Sakura Taisen 2 All Heroine Route 100% Clear!

 Never expected it took me 4 years to pull this off but i can proudly say that i made it to 100% completion club for Sakura Taisen 2! No doubt this was the highest point of the series as the hardwork of the Teikoku Kagekidan Heroines in Sakura Taisen 1 paid off. While Sakura Taisen 3 is still my personal favorite, you definitely need to play the game in chronological order regardless of your preference. My Favorite Heroine from Teikoku Kagekidan remains Sumire, but Orihime and Reni shines the brightest in this game. For now i am still backtracking to collect some materials for the full article which shouldn't took that long. Though if i am motivated enough, i think i could try to play the earlier chapter again to get the particular event CG of Sakura and Sumire that i missed. In any case for now here are all of the Ending CGs for Sakura Taisen 2.

Desktop Army Fate/Grand Order Vol 3

 Desktop Army have been a strange choice for Fate Grand Order Lineup and by this time they have reached the 3rd Volume. This particular 3rd edition has attracted my attention in this year's Winter Wonderfest with the solid tier roster of the Premium Heroines from the FGO. The 3rd Volume FGO Desktop Army features S-Tier Japanese servants from the series which are Musashi, Tamamo and Okita representing Buster, Arts and Quick team respectively! The Desktop Army Vol 3 set are slated for September release with 5550 Yen Price Tag. Looking from the past release, i have been feeling something is missing that prevents this Desktop Army lineup to flourish but i can't really nail it down. In any case i will get this Edition to give a try on the lineup since i happen to have all of the three servants in FGO .

Figma 437 Saber Miyamoto Musashi

 I thought Proto Saber would come first but turns out Musashi got earlier release. Being one of the most popular Female Servant out there and coinciding with the Epic of Remnant this year, Musashi got the priority of her Figma released. The Figma is slated for October Release with 8000 Yen price tag. For Musashi's Figma, Max Factory choose to make her 2nd ascension version since i guess the 3rd Ascension would be too pricey considering the accessories and her Kimono detail. I will be getting this one no doubt since i got her in FGO. I think Okita should have a good shot for a Figma Treatment next year and from my intel GSC will be preparing something special as well for FGO this summer.

Psycho Pass Cerevo 1/1 Dominator

 For its excellent depiction of Dystopian cyberpunk future, One thing that you will remember vividly about the Psycho Pass series is the Dominator Gun carried by the Enforcers of Sibyl system. This particular futuristic gun capable of stunning the target or turning them into pile of scrap meat if Sibyl consider the target are worthless. This Gun's particular feature that stands out is the transformation capability when the Dominator goes into Lethal Eliminator mode which resemble a Beast's Jaw. There are Replicas for the Dominator Gun available around but the only commercially available version that have the Transformation capability is the one made by Cerevo. The Gun was released few years ago with $800 price tag. While it is pricey for a cosplay props, it is still worth it for Diehard Fans of the series. While Cerevo's Dominator is out of stock from the official distributor at the moment, i think there is a great chance for re-release should the next Psycho Pass did well enough. As for me i think the Proplica version will be good enough.
