Mechatalk Final Gear: Taysia Graft - Aramis

 36th Final Gear Mechatalk is here and this one is another UR Waifu to be featured! This Final Gear mechatalk will feature one of the more popular waifu from the series which is no other than the Noble Fencer Taysia Graft! Being one of the earlier SSR Character to make appearance in the game, Taysia gets very Special treatment and in fact one of the few whose kit got revamped to be the equal peer with the Natural UR Pilots. Because at the time I picked Eloise over Taysia, It was not until Final Gear got into maintenance mode that I was able to allocate resources for Taysia and my persistence do Pay off I was able to get her reach the UR Upgrade that she deserve.

 Born from the renowned Graft aristocrat Family of Kegha, Taysia is the perfect embodiment of Princess Knight being graceful in her etiquette and fight graduating from Kegha's Firbolg Miltary Academy in flying Aces. Born into the Noble family that had deep ties with Kegha Royal Family, Taysia wield her Rapier with elegance to protect Queen Lilian as her loyal bodyguard along with Aya Kujou. 

In Final Gear, Taysia is an SSR Striker Class who piloted Light Melee unit called Aramis which strikes flurry of blows with its energy rapier using the Fencing style of Graft Family to strike down any foolish assailants that dare to try harm Queen Lilian.

 In terms of Relationship, due to the deep feudak ties between Graft Family and Kegha Royal Family, Taysia is very devoted toward her duty as  Queen Lilian's bodyguard. Along with Rin, Taysia probably had fended off many Assailants that aim for Queen's life including the Former Keghan Knight, Favia who is now one of the Hexel Witch Matriarch. Outside her duty as the Queen's Bodyguard, Taysia was acquainted with fellow Noble Knight Margaret and likely aware of the latter's unfortunate circumstances due to entanglement with Corrupt Noble.  

 In Final Gear, Taysia is one of the Striker unit that had the fastest attack speed that is esssentially a close ranged shooter class. She will easily make short work of any Non bulky unit If she got in range and deals a heavy damage finisher attack once her High Gear meter built up. If her evasion stats is built well enough, She will even make short work of any Striker or Defender unit barring Zero. Taysia is definitely one of the better Striker that you wouldn't want to face in PVP if you don't have overpowered DPS on your side.

 In terms of UR Upgrade, Taysia got rather simple UR Skill but very useful for her class. Apart from extra damage modifier, Taysia is granted Debuff immunity once she hits any opponent just like Zero which could easily make short of any opponent if kept unchecked. While her UR version DPS in global is about the same level with Aya, In CN she is able to reach above 100 Million DPS due to the Dev reworked on her base stats. It is just unfortunate that Final Gear decided to give up after going on right direction as the blunders piled up way too much before the positive change could be brought out.

 Among Final Gear Waifus that have her oath skin, Taysia probably is one of the best one in game as she had ample bosom befitting her status as the Top Tier Waifu in Final Gear aside from typical mediocre oath line. Taysia Oath skin one of the few that comes with exclusive background other than Aya in Global server.

 In Final Gear, Taysia is voiced by veteran seiyuu Ami Koshimizu and I am surprised with her talent voicing Ojou-sama waifu archetype since she typically play Hotblooded Tomboy waifu character in Mecha series like Code Geass. Just like Nao Toyama, Ami Koshimizu proved quite good even outside her typecast.

 Overall I am happy enough to have Taysia made it to UR and give her the chance for Final Gear Mechatalk since I rather neglect Striker class in my Final Gear account. If I had the opportunity, I would have love to make Favia get her UR upgrade as well which is rather unlikely given the remaining lifespan that Final Gear had which is a miracle already With Taysia done there will be 2 UR Waifu left to be featured in Final Gear but I will try my best to keep this series going on weekly basis until the server officially close down.
