Mechatalk Final Gear: Imperia - White Hat

 With the official announcement by the Dev on their official Weibo Page, Final Gear's fate might have been decided, but this will just strengthen my resolve to have Final Gear Mechatalk to continue until the curtain finally close down permanently. For the 33rd Final Gear we have another interesting waifu character to be featured: The Gangster leader of Black Jester syndicate which are feared throughout Kegha Empire herself, Imperia! Among all waifu characters in Final Gear, Imperia is probably the biggest one yet still very gorgeous to cater fans preference for Amazoness waifu and she is yet another one of those characters who could have more to offer if Final Gear haven't met its demise.

 The De facto leader of infamous criminal gang of Black Jester, Imperia is the effective ruler of Kegha Empire underworld possessing immense influence on par with the Empire's Nobility and even able to bend the Empire's government into her will. Imperia rules her syndicate with ruthless efficiency of iron fist giving Great rewards for those who succeed while meting out severe punish for those who fail. Being a villain to the core, Imperia take pleasure in creating chaos and inciting violence for the sake of her own entertainment. When not in her cruel streak, Imperia do take pleasure in collecting exotic treasure with a giant white phyton being her favorite pet. In secret, Imperia maintain close ties with Paranoid Mercenary group as Haela is one of the main benefactor of Black Jester in its early days.

In Final Gear, Imperia served as SSR Shooter class who pilots a mecha named White Hat, a high performance White mecha armed with an exotic SMG that resemble Tommy Gun along with a Top Hat to complete the Gangster vibe. Imperia obtained this particular unit through bribing Kegha Official and she definitely make good use of it to spread terror and infamy for Black Jester syndicate.

 As the leader of Black Jester Syndicate, Imperia have several High-ranking member who answer directly to her. The one that were available as playable characters when Final Gear still got updates are Neplim, the syndicate's workaholic accountant and Sariel,syndicate's top assassin who disguised at street performer. Being given the villain role, the players got to fight Imperia and Sariel on some event and for some of the boss fights you definitely need a high end party to win the fight. 

 While Final Gear had plenty of choices when it comes to sexy skins for the favorite waifu. Imperia hands down had the sexiest summer skin in Final Gear which will make people mistake Final Gear as R18 game. While Leangle Reindeer and Minazuki's Astronaut skin may be another contender of borderline R18 skin, based on CN Wiki data Imperia's summer skin is probably the only one that managed to escape through the self censorship filter for some reason.

Also just to show how Imperia sets apart herself from other Final Gear waifu in terms of size. The oath scene will plainly show the height difference of Imperia with Blackark captain which would have make a good fetish for players who wish for some Snu Snu fantasy if only the Oath scene had better script.

 In terms of performance, Imperia is a DPS unit whose kit focus on dealing extra damage when enemy are inflicted with Debuff and she is one of the unit that make good use of Corrosion Attack chip. Imperia's High Gear is similar to Jasmine which grants her self strengthening for limited time which also have cosmetic change that turns White Hat's Tommy Gun into more elaborate giant machine gun that deals additional corrosive damage which will quickly raise Imperia's Damage Multiplier bonus. In terms of overall DPS, Imperia is able to deal relatively respectable damage despite having no UR Upgrade.

 As a closure for Imperia's Mechatalk I will just discuss about the recent announcement by the Final Gear dev team on their Weibo page. Final Gear CN have officially announced on February 26th that Final Gear CN Server will end its service on April 26th and we could expect the Global team to announce the same thing within near future. This sad turn of event is to be expected and people won't bat an eye should Final Gear close its service on December 2023 last year but this game decided to go on extra mile for the players an opportunity to try what this game has to offer which is commendable enough where most other gacha games decides to shut down the server once the game reached its EOS state. Despite Final Gear management had messed up many things, this is one of the few things that they did right by opening up the floodgate and giving players more than 6 months worth of time to try collect most of the available units which I definitely make use of it.

Just like many times I have said before in previous Final Gear Mechatalk. I hope someday there will be an opportunity for Final Gear to make a reappearance so that they can make use of the potentials they missed in their current iteration of the game.
